That's now a rich man's game. I'd suggest you check out the 80s-90s Mustangs/Capris & GM F-bodies. BTW, what would your insurance be for any of the cars you're interested in anyway? Naturally for $5K it needs help, but it runs. You can get a Skylark custom well under that with a 350 ci easily. I'm not much of a muscle car person, so I'm only referring to what I know. Prices of cars have a direct reflection on condition. Especially muscle cars.
