Why not declare 500 feet on our side of the border a military zone?

November 5th, 2009 | by admin |

Then we could patrol the "Military Zone" with Jeeps or other vehicles with fifty caliber machine guns to secure this area to keep someone from being in this military zone. I don’t think it would take long for people to get the message this this area is off limits. Why would this not work?

What makes it illegal?
I can’t buy American even at the grocery stores. Most of our produce comes from Foreign countries.
If the military agreement is valid ,we don’t honor it either we have NG on the border as back up.

The US and Mexico have an agreement that an area of two miles on either side of the border are to be free of a military presence. We honor it. They don’t. A lot of Mexican army units work as armed escorts for the drug cartels
